Adhesive delivery

SABA water-based adhesives are shear stable and thus designed for delivery via a pressurized system. The first step in maximizing application efficiency and reducing adhesive costs is the optimization of adhesive fluid pressure via the SABA Access System.

This pressurized system is designed to deliver a constant and optimized adhesive flow rate to each spray station, which means your operators will apply a predictable amount of adhesive every time. The system is designed to be simple and is virtually maintenance-free.

Monitoring and control

Imagine an adhesive delivery system that 1) gives you daily, weekly and/or monthly reports via e-mail on the amount of adhesive used each day and the adhesive cost of each part produced, 2) alerts management when the operators are using too much adhesive, and 3) notifies purchasing automatically via e-mail when you reach a reorder point. All this and much more is now available to you via the SABA Access System.

Efficiency indicator

To assist personnel on the plant floor, SABA Access can be equipped with a visual indicator. This indicator gives operators and production supervisors feedback on application efficiency.
